I like both the taste and the name-kaiji-.

It's comfortable to keep a pleasantly distance.

The peel and flesh is good for any recipe. I appreciate Japanese citrus, yuzu.	I have a feeling that cold air in winter and yuzu fragrance are in good harmony.
Kurikinton can be made of baked sweet potato(beniharuka).
